Is YOUR sound Australia's sound? We're looking for Australia's first representative to Our Sound - the Asia-Pacific Song Contest - and YOU have the opportunity to put your song forward to represent Australia at Our Sound.

 

Here's what you need to do:

 

1) Download a copy of the Contest Rules and our Guide to Entering Our Sound - and read them carefully!

 

2) Record your song as a video. You don't need to submit a professional video yet - if you're shortlisted, you'll have the opportunity to submit a new video.

 

3) Submit your video at OurSound.asia. Your submission must be in the form of a video - audio-only tracks will not be accepted. You'll be able to upload from the beginning of August until the 28th- but don't wait til then to start work on your song.

 

WARNING: do NOT upload your song to any public sharing websites. Songs that are published prior to the completion of the selection process without the consent of Asiavision will be immediately disqualified from selection.

 

 

What Happens Next?

 

After the close of submissions, songs will be shortlisted by the Australian jury - and their top selections will be put to a public vote here at OurSound.asia. The winner of the Australian vote will win the right to represent Australia in Mumbai at Our Sound 2010!
